Description
This Sources Sought announcement seeks potential academic institutions capable of providing a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE)-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Associate of Applied Science degree program for Air Force personnel. The requirement would support 36 enlisted students annually through three cohorts of up to 12 students, with each cohort receiving up to 180 academic training days. The anticipated scope includes dedicated classroom instruction, physical therapy laboratory access, clinical rotation placement and supervision, academic and clinical progress tracking, remediation, digital learning tools, student laptops and connectivity, campus resources, graduation and transcript administration, and registration and payment of National Physical Therapy Examination fees. The provider must maintain CAPTE accreditation, accept specified Community College of the Air Force transfer credits, maintain stated examination-pass and retention/graduation rates, and provide instruction within a dedicated closed-classroom environment.
