Description
The City of San Antonio's Capital Delivery Department is seeking Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms to provide on-call or as-needed structural engineering services for City-owned facilities. The work will support new construction and major renovations and may include assessment and evaluation of existing or proposed structural systems, preparation of design documents, and coordination with architectural, civil, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplines. Additional services may include construction-phase site visits, submittal and request-for-information reviews, field observations, project close-out, and warranty follow-up. A pre-submittal conference is scheduled for October 5, 2026, and attendance is optional but highly encouraged. Written questions are due by 4:00 p.m. Central Time on October 9, 2026. Responses are due through CivCast by November 9, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Central Time.
