Description
This Sources Sought notice seeks qualified businesses capable of providing a firm-fixed-price, non-personal radiology service contract for the Cheyenne River Health Center. The requirement includes teleradiology interpretation of plain films, CT, CT abdomen/pelvis, CTA, CTA abdomen/pelvis, ultrasound, and MRI studies; importing reports into the RPMS system; peer review; telephone consultations; and on-site visits. Estimated annual workload includes 8,000 plain-film reads, 4,000 CT reads, 1,500 CT abdomen/pelvis reads, 500 CTA reads, 200 CTA abdomen/pelvis reads, 1,500 ultrasound reads, and 600 MRI reads. The contractor must provide 24/7 coverage, diagnostic medical-grade monitors, compatible PACS/RIS/HIS interfaces, secure encrypted connectivity, HIPAA-compliant systems, electronically dictated and signed reports, required turnaround times, critical-results and imaging protocols, technical IT support, and appropriately certified and licensed radiologists. The contractor must also submit a quality-control plan with its initial response. This is market research only; it is not a solicitation and will not result in an award from this notice.
