Description
The National Institutes of Health is seeking quotations from small businesses for a firm-fixed-price purchase order to upgrade a Nikon STORM system. The requirement includes a Z4 Enhanced Imaging Workstation V9, a one-year NIS-Elements Advanced Research software license, NIS-Elements Extended Depth of Focus and Jobs Acquisition modules, a Kinetix 22 back-illuminated sCMOS camera, and a C-mount/ISO camera adapter. Products may be specified items or equivalent products that meet or exceed all stated requirements. Quotations must include unit and total pricing, shipping and handling, delivery timeframe and terms, FOB point, manufacturer and part/catalog numbers, product descriptions and technical specifications, warranty information, installation/service information, and the offeror's UEI, TIN, and business size status. Equivalent products require sufficient descriptive literature and technical specifications demonstrating compliance. Technical capability is more important than price, and the Government may consider compatibility, delivery schedule, warranty, installation capability, past performance, and total evaluated price.
