Description
The Pennsylvania Department of Military and Veterans' Affairs is seeking a contractor for fryer oil removal at Hollidaysburg Veterans Home. The contractor must provide two 55-gallon barrels, one at Lightner Hall and one at MacArthur Hall, and collect fryer oil every three weeks or as needed, including additional pickups after holidays or special events. The contractor must coordinate pickup scheduling with the Dietary Director or designee and provide itemized receipts showing revenue generated and the percentage paid to the home. This is a no-fee, revenue-generating five-year agency contract awarded to the bidder offering the highest percentage of revenue to the home. Services must be performed during normal business hours unless otherwise approved, and contractor personnel must comply with facility security, background-check, infection-control, and other applicable Commonwealth requirements.
