Description
Mount Pleasant Township is soliciting sealed bids for the Pollins Road Superstructure Replacement Project Re-Bid. The work includes maintenance and protection of traffic, installation and removal of erosion and sedimentation controls, removal of the existing superstructure, construction of a proposed 55-foot prefabricated bridge superstructure, reconstruction of approach roadways, and restoration of disturbed grounds. Each proposal must include a certified check or bidder's bond equal to 10% of the proposal. Pennsylvania prevailing-wage requirements and Act 127 of 2012, the Public Works Employment Verification Act, apply. The project is partially financed by a grant from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Commonwealth Financing Agency.
