Description
Cass County is requesting statements of qualifications from qualified construction managers to provide Construction Manager as Advisor services for its Internet Crimes Against Children project. The project may include construction, renovation, or improvement of facilities supporting ICAC operations, with services during the preconstruction phase, the construction phase, or both. Four copies of the statement of qualifications must be submitted to the Cass County Commission by November 12, 2026, at 4:30 p.m. The solicitation package includes the ICAC CMa RFQ and a separate Respondent Certification. The RFQ may be obtained from the County website or by contacting Frances Bracken.
