Description
Mayville Community Schools is soliciting bids for all-trades work on the roofing project at its high school, middle school, and administration building. The work is to be performed in accordance with the project drawings and specifications. The project may begin June 15, 2027, and must be complete by August 14, 2027. Bids exceeding $50,000 must include a certified check or bid bond from a surety company approved to do business in Michigan, in an amount of at least 5% of the base bid. Bids must be submitted in three copies. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference and site visit is scheduled, and bidders are encouraged to familiarize themselves with existing conditions.
