Description
Atherton Community Schools is soliciting bids for construction work under its 2025 bond program, divided into trade packages including concrete, masonry, steel, carpentry, roofing, metal panels, joint sealants, doors, flooring, painting, athletic equipment, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, earthwork, landscaping, and fencing. The work spans renovations and campus improvements at three school facilities. The scope includes rooftop HVAC replacement and related ductwork, controls, roof modifications, and structural reinforcement; backup generators and electrical work; roof and chimney repairs; replacement of unit ventilators, condensers, and domestic water piping; and interior finish work. Site and athletic improvements include a football field, running track, natural grass field, bleachers, press box, softball dugouts, restroom building, grading, drainage, utilities, paving, walks, fencing, landscaping, and irrigation. A pole barn and other items are identified as alternates in the drawings. A 5% bid bond or certified check may be required.
