Description
Montgomery County, in conjunction with Sabertooth Sports & Entertainment, seeks a turnkey replacement of the exterior LED display at F&M Bank Arena. The requested system includes an outdoor-rated LED screen, media processor and playback server, and pixel maps and raster. The screen must meet the specified brightness, pixel-pitch, frame-rate, resolution, and weather-rating requirements; include 3% spare parts and a minimum two-year parts-and-labor warranty; and support full-motion video and HDSDI input. Novastar or Brompton processing is acceptable. The proposal must include equipment, materials, shipping, installation, labor, commissioning, programming, and applicable taxes, as well as product data for any substitutions and a project timeline with task start and completion dates. The turnkey scope includes electrical and low-voltage work, installation, power and signal, and demolition, removal, and storage of the existing sign. Bidders must also state any intent to purchase through statewide, national, or federal contracts.
