Description
Harris County is soliciting bids for the supply of ophthalmology equipment for Harris Health, including eye testing equipment for intraocular pressure, refraction, and other ophthalmic tests, as well as vision testers. The solicitation is an Invitation to Bid and requires submission of pricing, bid acknowledgments, tax-residence certification, Form 1295, an MWBE utilization plan, proof of insurance, and completed experience information through the designated supplier portal.
