Description
The project involves removing the existing TPO roofing and associated insulation from approximately 2,100 square feet of Building X, then installing a fully adhered TPO membrane roofing system with R-30 insulation and associated sheet metal flashings and trim. The work will be performed under a single contract. The anticipated construction cost is under $60,000. The project is tax-exempt, and prevailing wage requirements apply. The successful bidder must provide a 100% performance bond and a separate 100% labor and material payment bond; each bid must include bid security equal to 10% of the base bid.
