Description
The Township of West Orange intends to participate in the Sourcewell national cooperative purchasing agreement, formerly known as the National Joint Powers Alliance, to enter into a Goods and Services Agreement with Sharp for the purchase of multi-use copiers. The referenced Sourcewell contract is Contract 112124-SEC, and its term with Sharp ends January 10, 2029. This is a notice of intent to award or participate through an existing cooperative contract rather than an open competitive solicitation. Written comments must be received by the Township by the stated deadline.
