Description

The Defense Information Systems Agency is soliciting one new, high-speed, heavy-duty production creasing and folding system: Morgana DigiFold Pro XL, DigiFold Ultra, Formax Atlas C350, or an equivalent. The system must be fully automatic, standalone, vacuum-fed, and capable of dynamic matrix creasing and flying or floating knife folding in a single pass. It must handle media from 80 to 300 gsm and sheet sizes from 3.7 by 8.3 inches up to 13 by 19 inches; produce at least 6,000 sheets per hour for a single crease/fold and 7,500 sheets per hour for crease-only work; produce up to 30 creases per sheet with a minimum repeat distance of one inch; prevent digital toner cracking without marking or buckle fold plates; include integrated dual outfeed and a flat collection tray; provide touchscreen job setup and memory storage; operate on 240V, 50/60Hz power; and include double-sheet detection. The quotation must be submitted using the government-provided Electronic Product List spreadsheet in Microsoft Excel format, with all formulas retained. It must include pricing, business size, taxpayer identification number, CAGE code, UEI, discount terms, estimated delivery date, and standard OEM warranty terms. Technical specifications demonstrating compliance are required for any equivalent product. The contractor must be an authorized reseller of the quoted OEM, and the Government may request a current OEM authorization letter. A dated SAM Entity Registration and Exclusions status screen print must also be submitted. Delivery is required within 120 calendar days after receipt of order, with delivery to the designated Government facility.
