Description
The City of North Augusta seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive sound, lighting, and production management services for the Jack-O-Lantern Jubilee on October 23–24, 2026. The scope includes integrating audio and lighting with the City-provided Eurostage ES 2620 mobile main stage, supporting national recording artists, and providing technical labor, sound and lighting operators, power management, equipment delivery, and setup and teardown. The vendor must furnish, deliver, set up, and dismantle a 32-by-16-foot second stage with complete audio production, and provide at least 500 feet of bike-rack barricades, including rental and placement. The attached artist production riders specify extensive concert-production requirements, including professional FOH and monitor audio systems, wireless microphones and in-ear monitoring, stage lighting, power distribution, backline equipment, stagehands, a licensed electrician, forklift support, and related staging and production equipment. Quotes must include all applicable charges, including taxes. A valid City of North Augusta business license is required upon award, and active workers’ compensation insurance and a certificate of insurance naming the City as certificate holder and additional insured are required.
