Description
Augusta Christian School is requesting proposals for replacement Category One internet access and data transmission services for two campuses at 1 Gbps through 5 Gbps, with fiber-based service, Ethernet handoff, static public IPv4 addresses, monthly payment, and one- or two-year contract options. Proposals must address circuit capacity, dedicated or shared service, carrier information, demarcation, uptime and support commitments, outage response, installation responsibilities, pricing, renewal and termination terms, and service-level requirements. The associated Form 470 identifies Category Two requirements for approximately 500 feet of cabling, six racks, 14 Aruba switches, six battery backups, 12 wireless access points with necessary software and licenses, and maintenance for 12 wireless access points. These requirements replace aging equipment and systems reaching end of life. The RFP evaluates eligible-service pricing, technical compliance and capacity, service levels and support, implementation approach, and vendor qualifications and E-Rate experience.
