Description
Augusta-Richmond County Recreation and Parks Department is soliciting sealed bids for 15th Street pedestrian improvements between Government Road and Laney Walker Boulevard. Plans and specifications must be obtained through Augusta Blueprint; a non-refundable fee of $455 applies, although the plans may be viewed online at no charge. A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for October 5, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. via Microsoft Teams. Questions and clarification requests are due by October 7, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Bids must be submitted by mail, courier, or hand delivery; email submissions are not accepted. A 5% bid bond is required with the bidder’s qualifications, and 100% performance and payment bonds are required based on the awarded amount.
