Description
The City of Augusta is soliciting sealed bids for the Greene Street Improvement Project from Fifth Street to Thirteenth Street. The opportunity is a construction project administered by the Engineering and Environmental Services Department, with plans and specifications available through Augusta Blueprint for a non-refundable fee of $175, and online plan viewing available at no charge. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held virtually. Bidders must submit questions in writing by the stated deadline. A 5% bid bond is required with the bidders’ qualifications, and performance and payment bonds are required at 100% of the awarded amount.
