Description
Columbia County, Georgia, is soliciting bids for the LRA 2026 construction project, including all required materials, equipment, and labor. Bidders must submit prices in words and figures on the provided proposal form. A bid bond of at least 10% of the total bid amount is required, and the successful bidder must furnish performance and payment bonds equal to 100% of the contract amount. Letters of credit are not accepted in lieu of bid bonds. Bids must be submitted electronically through the designated procurement portal; faxed and emailed bids will not be accepted.
