Description
The Tennessee Department of Tourist Development seeks a contractor to design and install an exterior historical installation and solid bronze plaque commemorating the 100th anniversary of the 1927 Bristol Sessions at the I-81 Bristol Welcome Center. The scope includes installation design, labor, site preparation, materials and exterior-grade paints, equipment rental such as scaffolding or a lift if required, final UV- and weather-resistant coating, touch-ups, cleanup, and photo documentation. The plaque may be no larger than 18 inches high by 12 inches wide. The quote must cover nine line items, including installation design, preparation and project setup, installation completion and finalization, site preparation, materials, equipment rental, final coating and protection, cleanup and photo documentation, and the solid bronze plaque. Respondents must include an installation sketch, at least one PDF sample of prior outdoor installations, a certificate of insurance matching the attached terms and conditions, and a Department of Revenue registration number or exemption letter. The State will award a single contract covering all line items.
