Description
The City of Fort Scott is seeking a contractor to provide labor-only commercial cleaning services at City Hall, the Fort Scott Police Station, and Memorial Hall. Services include restroom cleaning and sanitization, trash removal, vacuuming, sweeping and mopping, glass cleaning, kitchen and breakroom cleaning, and replenishment of City-provided consumables. Proposed frequencies are twice weekly for City Hall and the Police Station and once weekly, or as scheduled based on facility use, for Memorial Hall restrooms. The City will provide all cleaning supplies, consumables, and equipment. The contractor must provide trained personnel and labor, follow facility access, security, and confidentiality requirements, maintain liability insurance, secure facilities after cleaning, and report damage or maintenance concerns. Bidders must submit business information, relevant experience, a proposed schedule for each facility, proof of liability insurance, professional references if available, and monthly labor pricing by facility.
