Description
York University is conducting an RFI regarding the construction of a new 230 kV/13.8 kV double-ended high-voltage substation on university-owned land at the Keele Campus. The substation is intended to support the campus's long-term energy needs and sustainability objectives. The University is seeking respondents capable of proposing alternative funding approaches, potentially including new revenue streams, or other delivery solutions that minimize upfront capital requirements and total cost of ownership. The submission requires Appendix A – Respondent Submission Form and Appendix B – Information Proposal.
