Description
The City of Goodyear is seeking qualified environmental consulting firm(s) to provide on-call support for HUD-funded projects during the contract term. Under 24 CFR Part 58, the selected consultant will assist with determining the appropriate level of environmental review, conducting required analyses, preparing documentation, coordinating agency consultations and public notices, and entering all information into HUD's HEROS system. Support may be requested as needed for Exempt, CENST, CEST, Tier I, and Tier II reviews.
