CITY OF GRANTS, NEW MEXICO REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS ON CALL ENGINEERING SERVICES The City of Grants, New Mexico is requesting sealed proposals from qualified en- gineering firms to provide pro- fessional engineering services on an as-needed, on-call basis. Proposals must be submitted in accordance with Request for Proposals (RFP) No. 2026 - On Call Engineering Services is- sued on August 23, 2026. Sealed proposals will be re- ceived by the City of Grants Procurement Office, 600 W. Santa Fe Avenue, Grants, NM 87020, until 3:00 PM MT on September 10, 2026 at which time proposals will no longer be accepted. Proposals must be clearly mar- ked:“SEALED PROPOSAL - RFP 2026 ON CALL EN- GINEERING SERVICES” Electronic or emailed pro- posals will not be accepted. A complete copy of the RFP may be obtained from the City of Grants Procurement Office or by contacting: Gloria Pargas Chief Procurement Officer gpargas@grantsnm.gov or City of Grants website https://www.

Proposals must be submitted in sealed physical form to the City of Grants Procurement Office by 3:00 PM Mountain Time on September 10, 2026. Electronic and emailed proposals will not be accepted. The proposal envelope must be clearly marked “SEALED PROPOSAL - RFP 2026 ON CALL ENGINEERING SERVICES.”
