Description
Schuylerville Central School District is soliciting sealed bids for materials and labor to complete its Capital Improvements Project, BCA Project No. 2024-073. The procurement uses a multiple-contract structure with separate contracts for general construction, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and site work. Bids must follow the Information for Bidders and project plans and specifications. A pre-bid conference and onsite project-area review will be held for all contracts. Bid security is required, and bidders must comply with applicable employment conditions and minimum wage requirements. Out-of-state bidders must submit the required New York authority-to-do-business documentation, along with applicable non-collusion and corporate-resolution forms. Plans and specifications are available in printed or digital format through BCA Architects & Engineers, with printed sets subject to a deposit and handling charges.
