Description
The Village of Corinth is soliciting sealed bids for the reconstruction of utilities on Hill Avenue and Heath Street. The solicitation references plans, specifications, a form of bid, contract documents, and bid, performance, and payment bond forms; the specific construction scope and quantities are contained in the contract documents. Bidders must comply with applicable employment conditions, minimum wage rates, Executive Orders 11246 and 11375, and the Build America, Buy America Act. Minority- and women-owned business enterprises and Section 3 business enterprises are strongly encouraged to apply. Bid security is required in the amount, form, and under the conditions stated in the Information for Bidders.
