Description
The City of Saratoga Springs is soliciting bids for one new dump trailer. Equivalent or superior products may be proposed, and different dimensions will be considered when the proposed trailer is otherwise equal or superior. Ramps are optional and must be priced separately. The City may use the manufacturer's current production lead time for delivery, and payment will follow delivery and acceptance. The specified trailer includes an 18-foot box, a GVWR of at least 24,000 pounds, two 10,000-pound axles, electric brakes, six-leaf springs, a pull-type 12-inch engineered gooseneck with pump box, a 16-inch engineered-beam main frame, a 2.0 dump-body frame, a scissor-lift hoist, three-way gate, black paint, specified steel sides and floor, long-arm tarp system, sealed wiring harness, dually radial tires, and a fold-down spare-tire mount. Bidders must provide pricing, available unit quantities, total pricing, company information, and an authorized signature, along with the required non-collusive bidding and Vendor Code of Conduct certification.
