Description
The Town of Corinth is soliciting sealed lump-sum bids for a General Construction Contract to complete the New Town Park Project. The base bid includes a 28-foot asphalt driveway entrance apron, a 111-space front parking facility with drive aisles, ADA parking, concrete walkways, furnishings and signage, recreation fields and open space, stone aggregate trail connections, stormwater basins and related infrastructure, erosion and sediment controls, earthwork, landscape enhancements, and site restoration. Add Alternate No. 1 includes a 24-foot asphalt access road, a 13-space rear parking facility, additional trail connections, and associated stormwater management and restoration. Bidders must submit the official forms included in the Project Manual with the required bid security. A bid bond, certified check, or cashier’s check equal to 5% of the bidder’s maximum bid amount is required with the bid. Separate performance and labor-and-material payment bonds, insurance, and other post-award requirements apply to the successful bidder.
