Washington-Saratoga-Warren-Hamilton-Essex BOCES is soliciting proposals for dedicated, symmetrical Internet connectivity at 230 Ballard Road, Wilton, New York, and 4 Tower Place, Second Floor, Albany, New York. Respondents may propose 2 Gbps or 5 Gbps service for either a 36-month or 60-month term. Each connection must use fiber or an equivalent handoff, provide at least six usable IP addresses, support BGP and IPv6, and provide utilization and performance metrics upon request. The Wilton connection must use route diversity and not be delivered via Ballard Road from the west of the facility. The scope includes service delivery by July 1, 2027, 24/7/365 network engineer support, and all recurring, installation, special-construction, and other non-recurring costs. Proposals must include a valid Service Provider Identification Number or proof of application, comply with E-Rate requirements and covered-equipment restrictions, and use the provided pricing sheet. The solicitation requests proposal certifications, references, a data security and New York Education Law 2-d assurance, E-Rate supplemental terms, a signed RFP signature page, and completed pricing sheets.
