Description
Schenectady County is requesting proposals for a Source Separated Organics (SSO) Feasibility Study for the Schenectady County Compost & Recycling Facility. The study must determine whether accepting and processing source-separated organics from waste haulers and residents would be financially responsible and feasible from regulatory and structural perspectives. The opportunity is for consulting services rather than the supply of a specified product. The solicitation states a one-year contract term or completion of services, and proposals must include a USB/flash drive in addition to the sealed-envelope submission.
