Description
The City seeks an audiovisual provider to support events at the Monterey Conference Center. Services include planning, installing, focusing, and preparing audiovisual equipment; operating it during events; and removing, storing, and refocusing equipment afterward. The provider will also coordinate with outside audiovisual companies hired by the Center's clients, supplying facility knowledge, equipment, and staffing. The selected provider will be the Center's exclusive rigging provider, responsible for safe rigging practices and standards, engineering and infrastructure knowledge, project plans and weight calculations, qualified labor supervision, and maintaining rigging equipment, including chain motors. Services must be available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Proposals should also address staff and equipment availability at other Monterey venues to serve Center clients and generate additional revenue.
