Description
The County of Santa Cruz is soliciting bids for construction work to repair a storm-damaged roadway slip-out. The scope includes a soldier pile retaining wall with timber lagging and tiebacks, culvert replacement through the wall, asphalt pavement, Midwest guardrail, erosion control and revegetation, and traffic control. The project documents specify completion within 75 working days and require a California Class A contractor’s license at award. This is a prevailing-wage, federally funded project; the estimated project cost is $491,000.
