Description
Strathcona County is seeking a supplier for rentals of heavy equipment, including dozers, backhoes, excavators, skid steers, rollers and other compaction equipment, road-stabilizing equipment, loaders, sweepers, trucks, tractors, and trailers. Equipment may support concrete and road maintenance, drainage, excavation, snow removal, earthmoving, and other County projects. Rental needs may be daily, weekly, or monthly, with some rentals anticipated to last up to four months; estimated quantities and usage are not guaranteed. The supplier is also responsible for delivery and collection, maintenance, servicing, repairs, and replacement equipment when required. The proposal must include the completed Submission Form, Pricing Form, Rated Criteria Evaluation Form, and Equipment Requirements Form. The County evaluates experience and qualifications, project examples, project approach, and pricing. The agreement term is three years, with up to two one-year extensions at the County’s option.
