Description
The City seeks one vendor to plan and produce large-scale 3D projection mapping for a four-night public art festival, including three original motion-graphic pieces of at least three minutes each. The work includes selecting multimedia artists, projection and site planning, equipment and power coordination, creative-content development and review, event logistics, installation and setup, on-site technical staffing during the festival, strike-down, and a post-event debrief. The projections are planned for City Hall and potentially other downtown locations. The stated fee cap is $375,000, inclusive of artist commissions and content generation. The proposal must include firm qualifications and relevant project experience, a work plan, staffing and key-personnel information, work samples, proposed costs and rates, and evidence of financial stability. The City evaluates artistic quality, technical expertise and project management, community engagement, proposal quality, and cost. The solicitation requests professional references and requires acceptance of the City's sample contract terms; insurance certificates are required upon award/contract, not as a proposal-time submission item.
