Description
The 32nd District Agricultural Association, operating as OC Fair & Event Center, is soliciting a contractor to provide a complete professional video system and related services for the 8,200-seat Pacific Amphitheatre. The scope includes LED video walls and screens, video monitors, cameras, lenses, processing and switching equipment, media servers, communications systems, cabling, power distribution, rigging, weather protection, spare equipment, and all associated equipment needed for a functioning outdoor concert-video system. The contractor must provide system design, technical drawings, equipment lists, installation, testing, daily monitoring, operation, maintenance, repairs, staffing, and teardown. Services cover 23 annual OC Fair performances plus approximately 10 to 20 additional non-Fair events, with options extending the agreement through December 31, 2031. The proposal must include a cover letter, technical proposal, financial proposal bid forms, bidder status and declaration forms, required contracting-act attachments, experience and recommendation materials, staffing information, financial references, and applicable small-business or DVBE documentation.
