Description
The United Nations Development Programme seeks one provider for all three lots to plan, film, photograph, and postproduce audiovisual content documenting its work in environment, governance, and stabilization. The scope includes documentaries and advocacy films, an educational video, professional photographs with captions, footage and source files, interviews and testimonials, and drone imagery where relevant and authorized. Deliverables must meet the specified editorial and technical standards, including French-language content with English subtitles, and be provided digitally with compatible hard-drive copies. The provider is responsible for production logistics, travel, equipment, and required filming authorizations. The proposed work plan must cover preproduction, filming, postproduction, and validation over 30 calendar days; the contract begins upon signature, and all work is due within 30 calendar days after signature.
