Description
UNDP Sri Lanka seeks a qualified service provider to develop and produce three creative short films that promote social responsibility, civic sense, care for shared spaces, and proper household waste segregation, disposal, and management. Each film must be 10–15 minutes long, shot in 4K, and produced in Sinhala with Tamil subtitles. The scope includes developing scripts and storyboards, proposing actors and filming locations, obtaining required permits and approvals, contracting cast members, and producing the films through UNDP review and approval stages. The contractor must also create six approximately 30-second social media videos derived from the films, with Tamil captions. Required proposal materials include a technical proposal and methodology, a financial proposal using the provided template, company and project information, registration and financial records, performance certificates, and signed CVs for proposed personnel. The assignment is expected to run for four months from contract issuance.
