Submission Instructions
Description
The Lansing Board of Water and Light seeks qualified providers for photography, videography, or both on an as-needed basis. Video work may include event recording, interviews, organizational and community footage, pre-production support, editing, captions, branded graphics, and versions for different platforms. Photography may include facilities, equipment, events, headshots, portraits, and community activities, with edited images delivered for digital and print use. Raw footage and original unedited images may be requested by agreement for individual assignments. Proposals should describe qualifications, services offered, portfolio and comparable experience, production approach, equipment and resources, availability, turnaround, and pricing. Applicants must also address rights and permissions, provide at least three comparable-work references, and identify any planned subcontractors. Work will be requested as needed, with assignment details and deliverables agreed upon for each project.
