Description
Grand Valley State University is issuing an RFI to gather vendor capabilities, technical insights, qualifications, and preliminary cost information for comprehensive management and technical production of its commencement ceremonies. The requested capabilities include audio, lighting, staging, live video and displays, venue technical coordination, Tassel software operation, production planning and logistics, staffing, labor coordination, catering coordination, and post-event video recordings. Vendors are also asked to describe insurance and subcontractor risk-compliance practices, budget and variable-expense management, additional services, typical multi-year pricing structures, key cost drivers, and any scope considerations that may be missing. This is for information-gathering and planning only, not a bid solicitation or commitment to award a contract. The university is exploring a potential five-year arrangement; the RFI requests budget estimates and cost structures, not binding prices.
