Description
The City of Fort Scott is soliciting sealed bids for the demolition of a structure and subsequent lot cleaning at 1403 E. Oak. The scope of work includes the removal of all building materials, including the house, foundation, and fence, and scraping the lot clean. The contractor must also provide acceptable fill material to create a proper slope for water runoff, ensure the lot is mowable, and seed it for grass growth. All utilities must be disconnected prior to demolition according to city requirements. The work is expected to be completed within 20 days from the acceptance of the bid. Bidders must acknowledge these requirements in their bid submission.
