Description
The U.S. Department of Commerce, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Weather Service (NWS), National Reconditioning Center (NRC) is soliciting quotes for repair, refurbishment, programming, and operational verification testing services for 101 units of OPERATOR INTERFACE DEVICE (OID) THIN CLIENT TERMINAL EMULATOR, AXEL ENTERPRISES INC, MODEL AX300/M7, ASN: S100-11DS22-1 and 32 units of AX3000/M75C PLATINE TERMINAL 75, ASN: S100-41DS28-2. The services must restore the equipment to a "like new" operating condition, meeting original manufacturer specifications. Vendors must be able to demonstrate their capability to perform these exact services. The resultant Purchase Order will be a firm-fixed price. Evaluation will consider past performance, technical approach (including warranty, technical capabilities, and production schedule), delivery terms, and price. Past performance will be evaluated based on up to three references for similar work performed within the last three years. Technical approach will assess the vendor's warranty, qualifications as a certified repair vendor, and the detail of their production preparation schedule. Delivery terms will be evaluated based on the proposed timeframe for repair and return, with penalties for late delivery. Price will be evaluated as all-inclusive, including return shipping. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for Small Business concerns. The applicable NAICS code is 811210 (Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance) with a size standard of $34.0M. Quotes must be valid for at least 30 calendar days and include company information, Unique Entity ID, CAGE code, point of contact, pricing, delivery terms, and responses to all evaluation factors.
