Description
This solicitation is for the Johnson County Administration Building HVAC Renewal Project. The scope of work includes the renewal of the Air Handler Unit (AHU), Chillers, Boiler, and Pumps. This project requires all necessary materials, labor, equipment, supervision, and other items to fully complete the work. Bids must be submitted electronically via IonWave by July 10, 2026. A mandatory pre-bid conference and site visit will be held on June 25, 2026, at the Johnson County Administrative Building. Bidders are required to submit a bid bond of five percent (5.0%) of the total bid amount, issued by a surety company licensed in Kansas. Technical questions must be submitted via IonWave by July 2, 2026.
