Description
This solicitation is for the demolition and clearing of Tract 8 at Gardner Municipal Airport (K34). Bids will be received by the City of Gardner, Kansas, through QuestCDN at www.hwlochner.com until Wednesday, July 8th, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. Bid results will be available through QuestCDN within one hour after closing, and a virtual reading of the bids will be held via Microsoft Teams thirty minutes after bids are due. To receive a Teams Meeting invitation for the bid reading, contact Jordan Hairgrove at jordan.hairgrove@hwlochner.com. A non-mandatory online pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, June 24th, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. CDT, also via Microsoft Teams. Prospective bidders can request an invitation by contacting Jordan Hairgrove at jordan.Hairgrove@hwlochner.com. Site tours can be scheduled with Robert Davis, Staff Engineer, at (913) 856-0918.
