Description
The State of Iowa Department of Administrative Services, on behalf of the Iowa Veterans Home, is seeking one or more contractors to provide ongoing respiratory and sleep therapy equipment rentals, liquid oxygen, supplies, maintenance, repairs, delivery, training, and related services. Required equipment includes BiPAP and CPAP systems, portable and stationary oxygen equipment, portable ventilators, oxygen concentrators, and related catalog products and services. The contractor must offer rent-to-own options for certain equipment, provide replacement equipment during repairs, and support as-needed ordering without minimum quantities. Service requirements include 24-hour on-call support, certified respiratory therapist access for equipment delivery, patient fitting, settings verification, and staff training; regular and emergency oxygen deliveries; equipment cleaning, preventive maintenance, and repairs; third-party payer billing; and delivery of liquid oxygen to three locations on the Iowa Veterans Home campus. Bidders must provide applicable licenses, certifications, personnel resumes, references, compliance information, and pricing for the listed equipment, services, liquid oxygen, catalog items, and other fees.
