Description
The University of Northern Iowa is soliciting sealed bids for construction improvements to the Redeker Dining Center under a stipulated-sum contract. The project includes remodeling interior finishes, adding new food service equipment, relocating existing food service equipment, and revising food station layouts. Bids must be submitted electronically through BidExpress and include bid security. The successful bidder must furnish a 100% contract performance and payment bond within 10 days after receiving the notice of award. The project has a 10% participation goal for certified Targeted Small Businesses, and Iowa Construction Sales Tax Exemption Certificates will be provided.
