Description
The U.S. Navy is seeking a contractor to repair three units of power supply, National Stock Number 6130-01-210-0154, part number 37120-9B, under a firm-fixed-price arrangement. The initial order may include any number of units up to the specified maximum, and offerors must provide option pricing for a maximum of 15 units over the entire contract period, including the initial quantity. Separate pricing is requested for the second year if pricing changes after the first 365 days. The contractor must perform repair, inspection, testing, quality assurance, configuration management, packaging, marking, and shipment in accordance with the solicitation's military and commercial standards. Requirements include ISO 9001 quality-management compliance, applicable military packaging and marking standards, and repair testing against the original manufacturer's specifications and drawings. The solicitation is not a small-business set-aside.
