Description
The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity is soliciting firm-fixed-price quotes for brand-new CCF-200 fit testers in support of Navy and Marine Corps Force Health Protection Command. The requirement includes all necessary materials, labor, equipment, shipping, and any required travel, with delivery by October 31, 2026. The procurement is full and open under NAICS 339112 and PSC 6515. Quotes must include a business summary, a technical capability statement, and completed pricing documentation. The technical submission must address compliance with and execution of the performance work statement, the proposed items and delivery schedule, warranties, implementation and transition timing, and equipment condition. All pricing must include shipping, be firm-fixed-price, FOB destination, and use no more than two decimal places. Equipment and parts must be brand new.
