Description
The General Services Administration (GSA) intends to award a lease for office and related space, with a minimum of 896 ANSI/BOMA office area and 0 adjacent parking spaces, for the Transportation Security Administration (TSA). The space must be located on the airport property, be contiguous, and include all services, supplies, and partitioning as part of the rental consideration. The offered space must meet government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards. A fully serviced lease is required, and the offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual-chance floodplain. Interested parties should submit location information for inspection by June 23, 2026. Submissions by parties other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of space. Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA).
