Description
The Department of Revenue (DOR) requires continued maintenance and support for the Transaction Management System (TMS) and its related software. This amendment to Contract CT210255001 adds an additional one-year renewal period. J&B Software Inc. is the only feasible source for this maintenance and support because the TMS, associated License Software for IDR Data Entry, and IBM Collect are proprietary software developed and maintained by J&B. No other company can resell these applications, and any modifications without J&B's written consent will void warranties and maintenance agreements. J&B Software solely owns and develops the TMS. This is being pursued as a Single Feasible Source acquisition under RSMo 34.044.
