Description
This project involves the construction of a new FEMA 361 compliant safe room at the Grade School, designed to withstand high wind events. The scope includes selective demolition of existing structures, comprehensive site work, and new construction. Key elements of the new construction include structural Concrete Masonry Unit (CMU) walls, structural steel framing, concrete work, TPO roofing systems, FEMA 361 rated windows and doors, as well as electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and interior finishing. Documents for this project can be obtained online or by contacting American Document Solutions. A non-refundable deposit of $350 is required for a hard copy set of documents, with checks payable to ADS. Alternatively, documents can be downloaded for a purchase of $200. Both options can be paid online via credit card. An additional $50 fee will apply for shipping.
